Agreement
By creating an account or using Textent, you agree to these terms. If you're using Textent on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Connect only messaging accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
Don't use Textent to send spam, harass others, violate the terms of the messaging platforms you connect, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You own your data and the messages you manage through Textent. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Textent available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
