How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 20%. Add or remove seats anytime and we prorate the difference.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and any difference is prorated.
What counts as a message?
A message is any inbound or outbound message synced through Textent across your connected channels. Free includes 500 per month; every paid plan is unlimited.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed to start, and you keep your data if you decide not to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice and bank transfer.
